Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking an On Premise Sales Manager to lead the cold drink segment across the assigned territory.

You will plan and direct on-premise sales efforts, grow accounts, and coordinate with Tele-Sell, Route Sales, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams while aligning with company policies. The role requires travel and a focus on profitable, long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with a focus on negotiation and account growth.
• Experience managing a defined sales territory and building long-term customer relationships.
• Familiarity with reporting, budgeting, and basic trade math to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Grow and protect cold drink accounts; pursue new business when appropriate.
• Drive profitable equipment placements, renew agreements, and evaluate account profitability.
• Coordinate sales programs and follow-through with Tele-Sell, Route Sales, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams.
• Track competitive activity, develop incentive programs, and maintain required reports.
• Supervise, coach, and develop direct reports; uphold OSHA and company safety expectations.
