Centercode, Inc. is seeking a Beta Project Manager to lead and support our customers' product tests.

You'll become an expert on our platform, scope projects with clients, identify ideal test candidates, and coordinate logistics to ensure top-tier beta feedback. You'll analyze results, generate reports, and present findings to clients while collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

As a Beta Project Manager, you'll manage and support our customers' product tests (i.e., beta tests). This is a dynamic role that puts you in front of many of the most influential and innovative names in technology. If you've got the heart of a researcher, want to work directly with emerging tech, and love a good spreadsheet, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do as a Beta Project Manager

• Become an expert at our platform and process
• Work with our clients to scope projects to meet their goals
• Identify ideal targeted test candidates based on client requirements
• Collaborate on test logistics including unit shipping and retrieval
• Triage customer feedback and generate detailed reports
• Support ongoing client data needs (generating custom reports, etc.)
• Study feedback to provide insightful observations and analytics
• Present results and recommendations to clients

What You Need to Do the Job

• High technical aptitude in both software and hardware
• Proven project planning and management skills
• Experience digging into data and building reports
• Previous experience delivering presentations to customers

What'll Give You an Edge

• 2-4 years of experience working in a tech-related space
• Experience in project or program management
• Familiarity with research methodologies
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced agile tech environment

• This is a full-time, hybrid position, with weekly in-office days
• Candidates must live within commuting distance of our Mission Viejo HQ
