Job summary

Harvest Solar is seeking a Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Application Engineer in Jackson, Michigan. The role involves serving as a technical bridge between Sales, Customers, and Engineering teams to drive project proposals and provide technical guidance throughout design and commissioning phases.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, relevant experience in BESS design, and exemplary communication skills. The salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience required; BESS system design experience preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to pursue industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive project proposals, size systems and control schemes.
• Develop training for the Sales team on product offerings.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams for design finalization.
