Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Service Transition Plan with milestones and an actions tracker.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, commissioning engineers, customers and stakeholders to resolve items.
• Align warranty scope and service-level activation timelines and handoffs.
• Oversee O&M readiness documentation handover and monitoring tools setup.
• Support onboarding of service technicians and provide field engineering support.
• Develop KPI baselining and ensure readiness for transition to O&M.
