Job summary

TruGrid is a Houston-based contractor specializing in battery energy storage systems and solar projects across North America. The Project Scheduler will manage schedules for BESS and other projects, interfacing with Project Control, PM, and procurement to ensure on-time delivery.

The role integrates with cost controllers to reflect schedule impacts, supports manpower planning, and develops baseline schedules and Earned Value reporting for project leadership.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of a technical field related to construction or engineering.
• 0–2 years experience in project execution or scheduling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and at least one scheduling package (MS Project/Primavera).
• Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project workplan and weekly engineering progress.
• Update schedules in Oracle Primavera Cloud for the project team.
• Maintain KPI worksheet and compare actual vs planned performance.
• Identify and resolve schedule conflicts before they become critical.
• Revise and optimize schedules; coordinate with vendors, clients, and teams.
• Prepare reports for client performance and multi-project summaries.
