Job summary

TAKKION is seeking a seasoned BESS project scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will drive critical paths, analyze risks, and provide data-driven insights to support timely project delivery.

The role requires ownership of scheduling across multiple projects, integrating logic, durations, and sequencing while driving process improvements and best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project scheduling experience in utility-scale energy or heavy civil construction.
• Direct experience supporting BESS, solar, wind, or substations.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for BESS projects from NTP through COD.
• Build schedules covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, civil, electrical, installation, commissioning, and grid interconnection.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, OEMs, and subcontractors to validate logic, durations, and sequencing.
• Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
• Track project progress and update schedules using actuals, forecasts, and recovery plans.
• Identify schedule impacts related to procurement delays, permitting, weather, interconnection, or change orders.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support claims, change management, and time-impact analyses as required.
• Ensure schedules align with contract milestones, EPC agreements, and owner requirements.
• Maintain schedule standards, templates, and best practices across the portfolio.
• Other duties as assigned.
