Impellam Group is seeking a Project Manager to support assigned construction projects in Florida. The role oversees contractor coordination, budget and schedule adherence, and safety performance at the project site, with occasional travel up to 25%.
You will assess productivity, validate work against design requirements, manage resources, and report on progress to the management committee. A strong engineering or related background and 6–10 years of project execution experience are expected.
This position assists in the overall management of assigned projects, to ensure compliance within required budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals. Employees in this role support construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site. This is an office-based role that can incorporate travel on an as-needed basis.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field is required. 6 - 10 years of experience managing project execution, including vendor and contractor coordination, is required.
Travel to project sites as required (up to 25%).
