Job summary

Res Group is seeking a Project Manager – Energy Storage, Services to oversee utility-scale BESS assets and ensure operational excellence. You will lead Site Managers, APMs, and staff, while coordinating with the Operations and Maintenance Manager – Energy Storage to meet KPIs and契约 obligations.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, budgeting, and safety expertise, with travel 16-30%. Base salary range is $115,000–$135,000 and bonus eligibility is noted in the offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project or operations management experience.
• 2+ years of utility-scale renewables, power generation, or BESS experience.
• Familiarity with SCADA, EMS, PCS and asset management systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide asset ownership and leadership for assigned projects and clients.
• Lead Site Managers, APMs, and other personnel; report to the Ops Manager.
• Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and manage expenditures; review invoices.
