Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Team Manager – Production to lead high-volume assembly and manufacturing operations for our Battery Energy Storage Systems facility. You will drive FEPS standardization, optimize line performance, and guide cross‑functional teams across maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MES, automated assembly, traceability, and end-of-line testing.
• Advanced root-cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile production team to deliver advanced battery storage technology across shifts and lines.
• Drive FEPS standardization to ensure peak efficiency, quality and stability.
• Deliver SQDCPME objectives via shift scheduling, resource alignment and line performance management.
• Champion data-driven decisions to optimize cycle times, reduce scrap and maximize FTT rates.
• Develop people through hands-on coaching and skill development of operators and team leaders.
