Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a seasoned logistics and supply chain leader to launch a state-of-the-art Battery Energy Systems facility. You will architect material flows, oversee warehouse design, and build a high-performing PC/MC team from the ground up, aligning ERP/MRP implementations with launch timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, hands-on SAP experience, and strong strategic thinking to drive a successful industrial kickoff and scalable operations across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, planning, logistics.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience with SAP is required.
• Experience leading greenfield or high-volume automotive/electronics manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PC/MC team and build a high-performing organization for the new Battery Energy Systems facility.
• Architect the logistics footprint, material flows, and warehouse operations.
• Drive ERP/MRP implementation, UAT, and end-to-end system launch readiness.
• Establish KPIs, standards, and launch milestones for a sustainable supply chain.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, customs compliance, and tariff management.
