Job summary

Moss is seeking a BES Electrical Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise electrical construction on utility-scale solar and heavy industrial projects nationwide. The role requires traveling to multiple sites and leading forepersons and craft crews to meet schedules and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, estimating, planning, and subcontractors, ensuring drawings and specs are followed, and maintaining project safety programs while delivering

Qualifications

• OSHA30 certified and safety-focused required.
• Electrical field installation experience in solar plant or heavy industrial setting.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in power/industrial construction.
• Experience supervising 50+ employees and coordinating multi-contract sites.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings (isometric/orthographic).

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate craft activities and manpower.
• Coordinate electrical work with other crafts and contractors onsite.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning.
• Monitor safety program compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate materials, inspections, and equipment with other departments.
