Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Luxury Travel Sales Consultant based in Chester City Centre with hybrid working (3 days onsite) and a focus on high-value, bespoke international travel experiences. The role offers up to £30k DOE plus uncapped commission and opportunities to work with discerning clients.

You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to booking, crafting tailored itineraries and delivering a concierge-style service that drives repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury travel sales or with tour operators.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent client service ethos and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from first contact to booking of bespoke luxury travel.
• Develop tailored itineraries across international destinations.
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style service throughout the customer journey.
• Focus on building long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities.
• Grow a portfolio of high net worth clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
