Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions seeks a District Data Coordinator- BESL to partner with campus leaders, teachers, and the BESL team in strengthening data-informed instructional practices for Emergent Bilingual students.

You will analyze student data, monitor progress, and provide targeted coaching to ensure high-quality instruction that advances EB student outcomes. Travel 50% or more is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Texas Secondary Teaching Certification.
• Texas ESL Certification.
• Master’s degree in educational leadership or curriculum and instruction (preferred).
• Texas principal or mid-level management certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel to Texas campuses to assist campus directors and teachers with data analysis and EB student plans.
• Review EB student personal graduation plans with EB Coordinators and Directors.
• Assist with curriculum alignment, instruction strategies, and data analysis to advance academic and linguistic progress.
• Meet with campus stakeholders to review student data and adjust instruction for small groups.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and mentoring to teachers for EB students.
