HDR, Inc. in Saint Louis Park, MN, seeks an experienced Minnesota and Wisconsin BES Project Delivery Leader to guide multi-discipline project delivery teams and uphold HDR's standards.

In this full-time role, you will mentor staff, coordinate PM processes, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive profitable, high-quality facility projects.

Bachelor's degree required; 10 years PM leadership; strong communication; employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10 years related experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop project management skills and quality best practices.
• Provide project management team leadership for projects across the BG.
• Monitor QC Review activities including assignment of experienced and qualified reviewers.
• Lead and monitor continuous improvement of Project Management practices, standards, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate effectively with BG operations, market leadership/sectors, business classes, and Professional Services Leaders.
• Perform delegated MOA responsibilities from BGM.
• Assist with daily operations, such as project oversight, management reviews, and driving profitability at the project level.
• Track financial aspects of projects and ensure work is completed within budget and schedule.
