We are currently hiring for a position responsible for preparing appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci's specifications.

Requirements

Primary responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Being knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas to facilitate flexible scheduling
• Food rotation, set-up, break-down, stocking wood, presentation of products, and cleaning utensils and work area
• Preparing food accurately and promptly
• Ensuring the correct temperatures of ovens, coolers, and freezers
• Inspecting stock levels and reviewing prep sheets with the manager to establish daily prep lists
• Storing, unpacking, and retrieving food items appropriately
• Monitoring and reporting equipment malfunctions
• Preparing food according to safety policies and demonstrating proper use of equipment and utensils
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment as per State Health Department standards
