Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge with tools, scales, and pumps.
• Ability to perform arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide).

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow cooker operator procedures daily.
• Manage batch times to ensure on-time production.
• Wear PPE and maintain clean tools and area.
• Inspect ingredients for quality and expiration.
• Operate CIP on cooker and document settings.
