Job summary

Wish Farms is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to support its California berry sourcing team, handling daily administration, data entry, and record-keeping to keep operations running smoothly.

You will maintain grower and customer documentation, update Famous and NetSuite, and assist with inventory and reporting, enabling the team to focus on building strong grower relationships and efficient field operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, tables, formulas, and basic data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work across teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word); ERP or business systems experience a plus.
• Previous administrative/coordination, data entry or supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the California berry sourcing and quality control team.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in Famous, NetSuite, and other company systems.
• Support pack-out changes and related system updates impacting downstream processes.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain weekly grower and sourcing updates for harvest and shipping.
• Assist with inventory-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute customer paperwork for retail and foodservice partners.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, files, and records supporting sourcing and QC operations.
• Facilitate timely communication between field teams and office systems; identify process improvements.
• Provide backup support during peak seasons and assist with other duties as assigned.
