Job summary

Fall Creek Farm & Nursery is seeking a Sales & Grower Support Specialist to cover Oregon and California regions. The role involves direct customer engagement, plant orders, and technical support for commercial blueberry growers, with frequent travel and CRM-based data management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Crop Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–7+ years in sales, technical, and customer service in agricultural business, blueberry preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of agronomic topics: soil, water, nutrition, irrigation, fertigation, crop management.
Proven ability to build professional relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary representative to assist customers with all aspects of the sales process, including plant ordering and terms.
Provide product support and technical assistance to commercial customers in the region, including on-site evaluation and post-plant care.
Identify and develop new accounts in the assigned territory.
Support licensees with technical product support and facilitate plant orders.
Provide feedback to management on industry and competition.
Maintain accurate CRM records of observations, activities, and customer interactions.
