Job summary

Hiya is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business in Germany from Berlin. You’ll own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to close, collaborating with SDRs and marketing to build and convert opportunities.

This high-impact SaaS role offers ownership, revenue responsibility, and a fast-growing international business. You’ll engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and CX, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, and help scale our Hiya Connect offering in Germany.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle ownership.
• Strong track record of closing new business.
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
• Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and forecasting.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and close new business opportunities in the German market.
• Build and manage pipeline in partnership with SDRs and marketing.
• Run discovery, demos, and tailored solution presentations.
• Engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and CX.
• Consistently hit and exceed ARR targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline (Salesforce).
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product.
