Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in social work, psychology, counseling, pastoral education, or related field.
• Six months experience in bereavement programs or support activities.
• Current state driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance

Responsibilities

• Develops bereavement plan of care and notes services offered and frequency.
• Provides bereavement services including spiritual support and counseling for client and family.
• Coordinates assessment and delivery of bereavement and grief counseling needs via phone, office visits, home visits, groups and follow-up.
