The Department of Labor - Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (DBVI) is seeking a BEP Administrator to lead Maine's Business Enterprise Program statewide. You will work with BEP Managers, contractors, and partners to create entrepreneurial opportunities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operations, budgeting, policy development, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years of professional experience in business or food service management may substitute education.
• Strong leadership and program management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the statewide BEP with BEP Managers, contractors, and partners.
• Identify new opportunities, develop partnerships, and expand BEP services.
• Manage day-to-day BEP operations, budgets, policies, and compliance.
