Texas Instruments in Sherman, TX is seeking a BEOL Process Integration Engineer to drive the integration and development of BEOL for analog and CMOS nodes. You will interface with ATD, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver manufacturable, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires planning, scheduling, and strong communication across organizational boundaries to ensure on‑time delivery of technology solutions that meet product requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in EE, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, Chemistry.
  • 5 years of Process Integration experience in CMOS or analog technology with hands-on experience developing Cu BEOL.
  • Masters or Ph.D. preferred in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related degree.

Responsibilities

  • Own the BEOL process flow (Al and Cu) to meet physical, electrical, yield and reliability targets.
  • Design experiments with unit process development to evaluate integration options and deliver manufacturable solutions.
  • Partner with RET team to validate OPC and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with ATD and other groups to ensure silicon process compatibility with test and packaging requirements.
