118-WW TMG MFG OPS in Sherman, TX is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to drive integration and development for advanced analog CMOS nodes. This role interfaces with ATD, Process, Parametric Test, Product development, Quality and Manufacturing to push improvements and deliver game-changing devices.

The candidate will plan effectively, manage schedules, and communicate status while collaborating across functions to meet deadlines and achieve project goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's in EE, Chemical, Material Science Engineering or semiconductor-specific fields such as solid state physics or quantum mechanics
  • 5+ years in a semiconductor factory with CMOS/analog tech experience (90nm and below)
  • 5+ years in process integration and device responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Utilize semiconductor device physics to enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements
  • Drive improvements through characterization, DOE, data analysis and simulation
  • Own parametric performance and Cpk improvements
  • Handle parametric test dispositions and root-cause analysis for scrap or outliers
  • Develop product flow, short flow and test chip development
  • Collaborate with RET to validate OPC and improvements
  • Lead cross-functional teams across process, integration, product, quality, reliability, packaging and test engineers
