Job summary

The position requires ownership of the process flow, collaboration with the unit process development group, OPC validation, and coordination with packaging/test teams to ensure device readiness.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the BEOL process flow that meets physical, electrical, yield and reliability targets
• Work with the unit process development group to design experiments evaluating integration options for manufacturability and cost efficiency
• Partner with the RET team to validate OPC and make improvements as appropriate
• Collaborate with the silicon-package-test interaction (SPTI) team to ensure silicon process compatibility with test and packaging robustness requirements
