Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive management experience leading and developing software engineering teams in a technical environment.
• Proven ability to coach, manage performance, and support career development.
• High emotional intelligence with a collaborative leadership style.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop their team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, manage performance, and support career growth and development of team members.
• Build and maintain engaged, inclusive, and high-performing teams while identifying and developing future leaders and key talent.

• Drive accountability for results and partner with Technical Leads, Product Managers, and peers to deliver results.
