Job summary

BGE, Inc. seeks an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead the Bentley technology platform across the firm, owning ORD, ProjectWise, and iTwin/iModel initiatives to deliver measurable value for civil engineering practice groups.

You will bridge hands-on technical work and leadership, build training programs, mentor Bentley SMEs, and drive automation and data-driven workflows while aligning with firm-wide digital delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Significant hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer in production civil/transportation environments.
• Experience with ProjectWise administration or strategy, including workflow design and CDE governance.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple offices or practice groups.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing or delivering training programs for engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance Bentley technology roadmap across ORD, ProjectWise, and iTwin/iModel platform.
• Define and maintain standardized ORD design workflows and modeling practices.
• Oversee enterprise ProjectWise strategy, environment architecture, and access management.
• Manage enterprise Bentley agreements and licensing as primary contact.
• Serve as internal SME and thought leader for Bentley technologies across groups.
• Partner with practice leaders to align Bentley workflows with project delivery requirements.
• Champion automation and data-driven delivery using iTwin APIs and ECSQL.
