Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator to support the HR team with administering health and wellness programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and the 401k plan.

The role emphasizes accurate benefits administration, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with vendors and employees to ensure eligibility, enrollment, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1+ years experience in HR and/or benefits administration.
• General knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, enrollments and changes.
• Assists employees with benefits claim issues and plan changes.
• Processes enrollment and life change event requests in the HRIS and coordinates with carriers.
• Ensures accuracy of enrollments and provides eligibility information to vendors.
• Performs audits of monthly benefits bills and related data.
• Generates reports for allocations and billing charges.
• Distributes enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Maintains up-to-date benefit information on SharePoint.
• Assists with open enrollment and wellness initiatives.
