Job summary

The Cason Group in Columbia, SC is seeking a Benefit Systems Integration Admin to support enrollment operations and integration tasks within the Group Benefits division. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• One-year commitment to The Cason Group.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on urgency.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Computer literacy and experience with email and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Enrollment & Eligibility Operations: Assist with group enrollment and eligibility processes for medical, ancillary, and worksite products while helping ensure information is accurate, current, and updated in internal systems.
• Assist with Integration Support: Support Integration Support Specialists with the 834 open enrollment process, including obtaining account structures and entering feed progress updates.
• Communicate & Collaborate Across Teams: Respond to agents, employer groups, carriers, and internal teams within required timeframes and escalate as needed.
• Support Implementation During High-Volume Periods: Serve as a backup to the Implementation team and provide support during heavier volume periods.
• Continue Learning & Supporting the Team: Attend carrier seminars and trainings, and complete AHIP Fundamentals A exam.
