Job summary

TPS Group Holdings LLC in Acton, MA is seeking a hands-on Benefits Manager to own the day-to-day administration of health and welfare programs and lead ongoing improvements. You’ll partner with People & Culture, Payroll, and HRIS to design better benefits, ensure accurate communications, and drive compliant, scalable processes.

The role focuses on data-informed decisions, annual renewals, and cross-functional collaboration to support a multi-state workforce with clarity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive benefits experience including administration and vendor management.
• Experience managing multi-location or multi-state benefits programs.
• Knowledge of health and welfare plans, leave administration, payroll deductions, and HRIS benefits functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round administration and continuous improvement of health and welfare programs.
• Oversee annual renewal and open enrollment processes with data modeling and communications.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and leave administrators; review performance and costs.
• Ensure accurate plan documents, communications, and governance with HRIS and Payroll.
• Collaborate with People & Culture leadership and cross-functional partners to design competitive benefits.
