Job summary

The role focuses on communicating benefits, leading a team of and collaborating with leadership to evolve plans, ensuring compliance and managing vendor relationships in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of benefits associates.
• Manage all activities related to Schneider’s health and wellness offerings and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, conduct annual audits, and ensure Schneider adheres to all regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Establish processes to evaluate program success.
• Use sound judgment to resolve health and wellness issues involving associates.
• Participate in leadership teams to assess, develop and communicate changes to benefit plans and processes.
• Coordinate the development of all communication materials related to benefits, health and wellness.
