Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience in carrier or broker related environment.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple clients.
• Effective communication after renewal meetings.
• Ability to work autonomously and perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client benefit strategies.
• Manage client benefits program implementation.
• Participate in market meetings and client functions.
• Provide client utilization and monthly financial reporting.
