Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits, including plan design, administration, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high performing team.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).
