Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the design, administration, and daily operations of the company’s health and retirement plans. You will manage a benefits team, ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and related regulations, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to optimize data flow and employee experience.

The role requires strong analysis, vendor management, and a proactive approach to improving processes and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years benefits experience including FMLA/ADA.
• 2+ years leadership overseeing benefits/HR staff.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business preferred.
• CEBS or CBP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and deliver health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary programs.
• Lead benefits staff; set expectations and ensure service quality.
• Manage FMLA/ADA and leave program administration.
• Oversee enrollment, qualifying life events, COBRA, HSA/FSA.
• Liaise with brokers, carriers, TPAs; manage renewals and issues.
• Oversee EDI file creation, transmission, auditing.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, 125.
• Develop benefits dashboards and cost analyses.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT on data flows.
