Qualifications

• 3+ years in benefits administration or related field.
• Experience administering employer-sponsored health and welfare plans.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA, and disability programs.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and HRIS usage.
• Excellent communication and employee service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness programs.
• Support benefits enrollment and life events; assist Open Enrollment.
• Analyze claims data and cost drivers; prepare leadership reports.
