Qualifications

• BA/BS/BSW degree in human services or related field.
• High school diploma or GED + 1 year experience as Benefits Specialist/Case Manager or related health services work.

Responsibilities

• Provides Benefits Specialty services to clients on the caseload.
• Develops a comprehensive Benefits Service Plan (BSP) with multidisciplinary team.
• Counsels clients on benefits options and coordinates referrals to related services.
