Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of academic Addictions Studies Program.
- Certification by CADTP, CCAPP or CAADE.
- 3 years in a behavioral healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Provides crisis intervention on an as-needed basis.
- Attends weekly individual and group supervision.
- Attends in-service training and educational workshops.
- Provides regular, comprehensive progress note charting in patient records.
