Responsibilities

Assist with employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Process benefits-related paperwork and maintain employee records.
Respond to employee questions regarding health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and other benefit programs.
Coordinate open enrollment activities and employee communications.
Assist with short-term disability and workers' compensation documentation.
Communicate with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators regarding employee benefits issues.
Audit benefits records and invoices to ensure accuracy.
Prepare reports related to benefits, participation, and costs.
Support the Payroll and HR department with special projects and benefits initiatives.
