Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years HR/benefits/admin experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to build expertise in employee benefits and total rewards.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience supporting employee benefits administration.

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Experience working with benefit vendors and third-party administrators.
