Point C is a national third-party administrator specializing in self-funded benefit programs. We are seeking a dedicated contact center specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for plan participants and clients.

You will handle eligibility, benefits, claims, and general inquiries, delivering timely, HIPAA-compliant service by phone and email, and guiding members to self-service options when possible.
