Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefit Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for TotalSource clients and internal partners, guiding the governance of health and welfare plan administration and benefit programs. The role covers enrollment, data integrity, and policy changes while coordinating with carriers and HR partners.

Leadership and client relations aspects are emphasized as part of the TotalSource service model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Customer Service environment, ideally in employee benefits and/or HR administration or related field.
• College degree is helpful but not required; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Preferred certifications: SHRM, PHR, or CEBS.

Responsibilities

• Administer, manage and govern a variety of benefit plans on a day-to-day basis, including enrollments, verification, new hire events, life events, and annual enrollment processing.
• Perform data integrity and enrollment audits; identify improvements to enrollment and benefits administration processes.
• Provide tier 2 client and internal business partner service support and coordinate with HRBPs, carriers, and TotalSource associates.
