Job summary

NJHA HEALTHCARE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a detail‑oriented Benefits Administrator in New Jersey to manage enrollment, billing, and client communications. You will engage employees at benefit fairs and serve as an enroller during Supplemental Life Open Enrollments.

The role requires data entry accuracy, strong communication skills, and a NJ Insurance Producer license (Life and Health).

Qualifications

• Data entry experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintains enrollment system for insurance programs including paperwork, data entry and billings.
• Attends in person and virtual annual benefit fairs engaging with employees and resolves issues for employers and staff.
• Enroller during Supplemental Life Open Enrollments and promotes the supplemental program.
• Processes claims to carriers, including cleaning claims and verifying payment history, salary and eligibility.
• Obtains documentation for claims and adheres to checklists.
• Maintains relationships with HR departments and customizes forms for facilities.
• Generates EOI forms for subscribers and maintains EOI database.
• Manages claims data, communicates status to facilities, and coordinates approvals.
• Answers inquiries about bills and enrollment status from plan participants.
• Adheres to Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement.
