Job summary

Colonial Group in Roswell, GA seeks a Corporate HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR activities across assigned corporate functions, guide leaders and staff on policies, performance management, and workforce changes, and partner with HR teams to execute programs.

You will manage a team, support talent processes, compensation, benefits coordination, and employee development while ensuring compliance with employment laws and delivering proactive HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 1–3 years of people management experience.
• Experience supporting corporate or professional employee populations preferred.
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines incl. employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce actions preferred.
• Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day Human Resources support for assigned corporate functions, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of HR programs and services.
• Provides guidance to leaders and employees regarding company policies, employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and other HR matters.
• Manages employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, performance issues, investigations, corrective actions, and other employee situations.
• Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand workforce needs and support HR priorities.
• Supports organizational changes, restructurings, promotions, transfers, and other workforce actions across HR functions.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting activities, hiring decisions, offers, and onboarding for assigned client groups.
