Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Winona, MN is seeking a Benefits Program Administrator to support the HR Benefits team in retirement, pension, equity plans and related programs both domestically and internationally. Reports to the Benefits Manager.

Responsibilities include administering US and international retirement plans, RSU/stock option support, participant communications, and coordinating education initiatives. Collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong MS Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, or Accounting or HR experience with retirement/pension/equity plans.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day administration of retirement/pension plans for US and international locations.
• Provide administrative support for stock options and RSU plans, including grant set up, vesting tracking, exercises and reporting.
• Assist with participant communications and responses to general benefit plan questions.
• Assist in the preparation of communication pieces and coordinating education initiatives.
• Assist with researching international benefits and deploying necessary updates.
• Participating in retirement/pension committee meetings.
