Qualifications

• High School diploma and 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Administers cost-effective benefits programs such as pension plans and life, health, and retirement.
• Assists faculty and staff with benefit-related questions.
• Processes routine benefit transactions.
• Conducts multiple plan audits for billing remittance to identify eligibility and contribution discrepancies; maintains records and statistics for benefit programs.
• Reviews and resolves issues identified through remittance and plan audits; coordinates with internal departments and Plan Record keeper.
• Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to develop the remittance calendar and ensure accuracy.
