BancFirst is seeking an employee benefits insurance assistant to join their Oklahoma City office. The ideal candidate will support the Account Manager with various tasks including client marketing, open enrollment preparation, and insurance application review.

Applicants must be proficient in using personal computers, including software such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Publisher, and especially excel. Training will be provided, and a competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in personal computer and supporting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager and Producer with client marketing.
• Prepare materials for open enrollment and review insurance applications.
• Process enrollments/terminations and maintain client data.
