Job summary

Cook Children’s in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manager of Benefits to lead the Benefits Team, administering medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement and related programs with a strong focus on service and compliance.

This role oversees Benefits Analysts, collaborates with HR and payroll, ensures accurate benefit data, and drives improvements in plan administration, enrollment, reporting and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.
• Demonstrated proficiency navigating HRIS and benefits administration software as evident by prior work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, from an accredited institution of higher learning. (Note: In lieu of the degree, 9+ years of progressive employee benefits experience in similar-sized organizations is acceptable.)
