Cook Children’s in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manager of Benefits to lead the Benefits Team, administering medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement and related programs with a strong focus on service and compliance.
This role oversees Benefits Analysts, collaborates with HR and payroll, ensures accurate benefit data, and drives improvements in plan administration, enrollment, reporting and regulatory adherence.

The Manager of Benefits (“Manager”) is a key member of the Cook Children's Human Resources Benefits Team with shared accountability for success of the function. In this role, you will be charged with administering the organization’s health, welfare and retirement plans with a focus on customer service and compliance. These plans include, but are not limited to: medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy life and disability FMLA qualified and non-qualified retirement plans flexible spending accounts adoption assistance tuition assistance other benefits (pre-paid legal, pet insurance, et cetera) As the manager, you would also be a subject matter expert who oversees the day-to-day work of Benefits Analysts while regularly interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
