Job summary

The Weisiger Group is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for the design, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and fringe benefits.

This role partners with HR Operations, manages vendor relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives cost management and employee engagement through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive benefits administration experience, with 2+ years in retirement and wellness programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, renewals, and governance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of benefits programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and benefits operations governance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cost management across programs.
• Drive annual enrollment, process automation, and service delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Prepare reporting on costs, utilization, participation, and ROI.
