Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in supervision within operations and policy areas, with strong analytical and communication skills. The position operates in a Hybrid model, with in-office presence in the Tri-State Area as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in supervisory roles in operations, medical policy, or product management.
• Experience with client setup, benefits, medical policy, and claims is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage teams with tight deliverables and to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee a team responsible for benefits, medical policy, and product operations enablement.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures with internal and external partners.
• Evaluate projects, mandates, capacity plans, and efficiency; allocate resources accordingly.
• Oversee ticket inventory to ensure timely resolution across client setup teams.
• Identify trends to improve quality and inform training needs and DLP solutions.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to drive clear action plans.
• Provide timely, complete, and accurate responses to business partners.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Account for downstream impacts including claims processing, costs to self-funded customers, and regulatory compliance.
