Care Initiatives seeks a part-time Benefits & Payroll Manager to join our administrative team in Iowa. You will oversee payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance across our 40+ skilled nursing communities.

The role involves onboarding, payroll setup, maintaining employee records, and preparing labor reports and reconciliations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and general administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
